Shinko Shuppansha Keirinkan, known for its school textbooks and teaching materials, and SAGBRAIN, which has spent 25 years building DX systems. Together the two companies run RemotePool, the delivery organisation behind Japanese companies' DX. At its core are engineers trained through B-JET, the ICT talent programme Keirinkan operates.

At the core of your project are engineers who came through B-JET, the ICT training programme run by Keirinkan. From graduates trained in Japanese language, IT skills and Japanese business practice, SAGBRAIN selects them, develops them, and owns the delivery.

Involved from screening, so the judgement holds — For the 15th cohort (opened October 2025), our AI screening platform Remote Pool RMS helped select 24 trainees from roughly 1,000 applicants. Recruitment and screening for the 16th cohort (opening October 2026) are underway.
On real projects while still in training — Batch-15 trainees worked alongside SAGBRAIN's senior engineers on real product development. We judge them by how they work, not by a CV.
Graduates hired onto SAGBRAIN's own payroll — 15 since 2020; most recently four batch-15 graduates joined full-time in 2026 after their internships.
