B-JET Privacy Notice
How the B-JET program collects and uses applicant and participant data. This notice is separate from the company-facing RemotePool privacy policy.

1. Data We Collect
Identity and contact details, education and professional background, application documents, exam and interview results, and AI-assisted assessment data.
2. How We Use It
To operate the program: verifying eligibility, running selection (tests, interviews, AI assessment), delivering training, and — for graduates — introducing you to hiring opportunities with companies.
3. Sharing
Your profile and results may be shared, with appropriate safeguards, within the Sagbrain group and with hiring companies for recruitment purposes. We do not sell your personal data.
4. International Handling
The program operates across Bangladesh and Japan; your data may be processed in these and other countries where our infrastructure providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, subject to applicable law and any retention we are required to keep. 【TBD】Confirm the request channel and the controlling entity.
