B-JET Program Terms
These terms apply to applicants and participants of the B-JET (Bangladesh-Japan IT Engineer training and recruitment) program. They are separate from, and do not govern, the company-facing RemotePool services.

1. Scope
These terms govern your application to, and participation in, the B-JET program operated by the Sagbrain group（【TBD】operating entity）. By submitting an application you agree to these terms and to the B-JET Privacy Notice.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information and meet the eligibility criteria published for each batch. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification at any stage of selection.
3. Selection Process
Selection may include online tests, coding exams, AI-assisted interviews, and document review. Results and progression are determined by the program at its discretion based on published criteria.
4. Use of Your Information
Information you provide is used to operate the program — selection, training, and, for graduates, introduction to hiring opportunities. See the B-JET Privacy Notice for details.
5. Fees
Any program or examination fees, if applicable, are shown before payment. 【TBD】Confirm the fee structure and refund conditions for each batch.
6. Conduct
You must not submit work that is not your own, attempt to circumvent exam controls, or interfere with the program or other applicants. Violations may result in disqualification.
7. Changes & Contact
